This infographic illustrates the true value or Return on Investment (ROI) of infographics online and how they support social media’s strength, which is the power or reach of the friends of your fans. Infographics make it easier for marketing data and information to be broken down to its simplest form and illustrated visually to explain the benefits.
I found it interesting that social media posts without infographics got more likes or tweets, but less shares. I would have made an assumption that the two go hand in hand – but that is why data is so valuable. It takes the guesswork out of digital marketing,
I also thought it was interesting that LinkedIn is the top social network for the consumption of Infographics but I’m happy to see that this data about the ROI of infographics supports what I have been telling my readers for a while now – that the important things to measure in social media for content and brand engagement and for social media success – is engagement, interactions and sharing.
